About Kim Grossman
Kim Grossman has always had an innate interest in food, from her earliest memory at 3 years old helping her grandmother to cook in her kitchen.
She was a chef at the award winning Parkes Restaurant in Beauchamp Place for 4 years, whilst there, opening and running their restaurant in Ireland. Then moving to Iran she gathered a large collection of Middle Eastern recipes.
Drawing on these experiences and extensive travel she has a vast repertoire of food for all occasions.
